Slow Groups are 6-month virtual learning groups that specialize in one topic only. This allows people to dive deep without getting too overwhelmed.

They include:

  • Three 90 minute meetings each month

  • 1:1 support Mon - Fri through our private platform

  • A community of people to connect with for support who share this same topic

  • Monthly prompts, video practices, and replays 

  • An invitation into our exclusive membership upon completion

  • Slow Groups are created to thoroughly teach you about specific topics in a 6-month, titrated group container to avoid overwhelm and increase learning through a somatic and embodied lens.

  • Each meeting is 90 minute long and we meet three times each month. In addition to the meetings you will have 1:1 support through our private Circle space Mon - Fri throughout the entire program.

  • Anyone who joins our slow groups gets an invitation to our exclusive membership space where you have access to Luis and the team 5 days each week.

As HLN’s co-teacher Community Manager, I facilitate conversations on the community platform and via Zoom events, answer questions members may have, and maintain the trust of our spaces. I got into facilitation and community management because I love asking people questions that help them reach that “a-ha!” moment.
