Communications & Events Manager, Co-Facilitator

Camille Leak (she/her)
Community & Finance Manager, Co-Teacher

  • As HLN’s Community Manager, I facilitate conversations on the community platform and via Zoom events, answer questions members may have, and maintain the trust of our spaces. I got into facilitation and community management because I love asking people questions that help them reach that “a-ha!” moment.

Additionally, I am a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Practitioner, truth teller, and story teller. I provide group facilitation, workshops, and one-on-one coaching about a variety of DEI topics, cultivating spaces where individuals and groups can fearlessly confront the most uncomfortable elements of DEI.

Prior to starting my own DEI practice, Real Talk & Brave Spaces, I was a DEI Learning & Development Manager in two Fortune 500 companies as well as a market researcher.

I earned my B.S. in Business Administration along with a minor in Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I later earned my MBA at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School with a concentration in Marketing and Strategy.

Evan Glenn Adams
Admin Manager & Tech Support, Co-Facilitator

  • In addition to supporting HLN with administrative and tech, I am also a sound healing practitioner, hypnotist, SEP-in-training, and audio engineer. I started to learn the drums at the age of 9, and have spent my life continuing to learn and build relationships with more instruments, and music composition and production as a whole.

Since meeting Luis in 2017, both as a dear friend and fellow musician, I have followed his journey in the somatic therapy field and I am now honored to be a part of the HLN team.

Holly Kiefer
Retreat Co-Facilitator

  • I help witches and weirdos get their shit together. As much as anyone actually has their shit together, anyway. We sort out helpful ways to self + co-regulate that are specific to your life and goals. We may never actually touch, but know that something as simple as holding hands can be life changing.

Steven Rasovsky
Retreat Co-Facilitator

  • I'm a somatic therapist, educator, and group facilitator who loves supporting people in reconnecting with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom. My path into this work began through personal experiences with anxiety, depression, and chronic stress—and the deep nourishment I found through somatic practice, men’s work, and community healing.

At HLN, I'm a facilitator in the Embodied Masculinity slow groups and for in person retreats. I bring together a background in Compassionate Inquiry, Hakomi, breathwork, experiential education, and authentic relating. My approach is relational, and grounded in the belief healing emerges naturally when given the conditions for deeper connection, presence, and choice.

Kim Trajano
Admin Assistant

  • I’m a multi-talented human who loves helping good people find their grove. I thrive when I get to wear multiple hats and have my hands in many projects, which is probably why I spent over a decade in corporate consulting getting to dive into new roles and new companies every week. When the high energy juice of my 20s wore out, I realized the non-stop hustle wasn’t sustainable. Now, I work as a trauma-informed coach helping people find balance in their corporate jobs, OR find the clarity and confidence they need to make the jump out of that world. People who’ve worked with me have suggested I should rebrand as a "quitting coach" since I have a knack for helping people find clarity when it's time to move on – whether from a job, relationship, or habit that's no longer serving you.

At HLN, I'm the real human behind the scenes reading your emails, answering your questions, and providing support to the various projects that happen behind the scense at HLN. Luis and the work of HLN has been a huge part of my own healing journey and I feel honored to support a project that has been so meaningful to me.

I'm also a therapist-in-training studying at Smith College. I’m excited to expand my work through offering deeper mental health support to folks who’ve historically not had the access or privilege. When I’m not working, I’m a mom to my sweet little boy Kai, and a wild and crazy pup, Jiminy. I’m also a partner, daughter, sister, friend — many roles that are at the heart of who I am and what informs the way I work.

You can connect with me here if you’re interested in working together. I’d love to meet you: kimtrajano.com
