About the Author
LUIS MOJICA
I’m a somatic educator, nutritionist, founder of Holistic Life Navigation, and author of Food Therapy: Conscious Eating to Navigate Anxiety, Stress and Trauma (Hay House, 2026).
The heart of my work connects whole foods and trauma recovery with a focus on the nervous system and adrenals, meaning food has a real impact on how we process and repair the stress or trauma still being held in our bodies.
The foundation of my teachings support relating and listening to the body through the lens of somatics, and how to find safety within yourself in any situation.
I enjoy teaching people from around the world through online offerings like webinars, courses, and a membership, as well as in-person speaking engagements, workshops, and retreats.
