This course is designed to introduce and integrate 4 major pillars of my work:
Understanding what our food tells us about how our bodies regulate, and which foods can be the most powerful medicine to prepare the body for healing work.
2) Somatic Experiencing
The development of becoming embodied, or feeling your physical sensations around the storing and releasing of trauma. Learning what a need and an emotion feels like. And how to tell when you're dysregulated or not.
Identifying the beliefs that were born from your traumatic or stressful experience and how to gently begin dissolving it from your life.
4) Trauma Wisdom
Learning how your trauma helped you develop some serious tools that can be used for you, not against you.
Becoming embodied means we learn how to listen to our bodies, give them what they need, and create a physical and emotional space in the body and mind so we do not attach to trauma and stress any longer. Instead, they just move on through us.
